A further thought on this topic. My own situation is that I don't have a development team or budget, but I still want to build things, and I have a team of AI agents that I can use. I'm not optimizing for making a dev team more productive or the agent to developer interaction work better. I literally have "no devs". I have some management time and ideas and a working knowledge of development processes, and want to automate as much management of the agents as I can.
