The base behavior of the agent tools is getting better over time, but I also want to build in some much more opinionated policies and guard rails and patterns like preferring BDD over TDD, hypothesis testing feedback loops, parallel exploration of implementations etc. as well as ensuring that the basic management oversight is in place.
